Challenge
For five years, the National Arts Centre has invited audiences to make it their summer destination with a diverse lineup of accessible programming that brings people together.
For this year's instalment, the NAC asked to evolve its summer branding—creating fresh, engaging creative that captures the energy, inclusivity, and excitement of the season. The goal being to reinforce the NAC as a community hub this summer for arts, culture, and connection.
Solution
I created a visual identity that brings a fresh approach to how summer is celebrated at the NAC. It reinforces a sense of community and invitation, identifying the NAC as a vibrant and easygoing summer destination where fun meets culture.
The tone is warm and welcoming, building on the spirit of playfulness, shared moments, and genuine connection.
